Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, email, country of residence, nationality and phone/WhatsApp (if given), the property details you enter, and the documents you later send us. For security we also record a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser type and the time of the request.

Why we use it

Only to review your request, contact you about it, prepare and deliver your check, handle payment and follow-up questions, and meet legal (e.g. tax and accounting) obligations. Legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç, 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (art. 5/2-f, 6(1)(f)). Title deeds can contain third-party data (e.g. the seller); we use it only to prepare your report.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not send newsletters.

Who processes it

The website, the request database and spam protection (Turnstile) run on Cloudflare; request notifications and correspondence use Google (Gmail). These providers may process data outside Türkiye/the EU under their standard contractual safeguards. Payment providers (e.g. PayPal or Wise) process payment data when you pay.

How long we keep it

Requests we do not take on: deleted within 12 months. Orders and reports: kept as long as Turkish tax and commercial law requires (generally up to 10 years for accounting records), then deleted.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical data needed to tell humans from bots.

Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 and the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local EU supervisory authority. Email kasikciomer@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
